For apartment communities

Clutch builds community sites that book tours.

An agentic site answers the renter who asks, the assistant they send, such as ChatGPT or Gemini, and you, when you ask for a change.

Paste one community address. Clutch shows its letter and the full report, with no account.

Read the multifamily report

A renter types “two bedroom under 2,100, move in December” into the ask bar on Elm at Riverside's home page. The Floor plans page opens on B1, two bedrooms at $1,985 from December 5, with Schedule a tour under it.

01The multifamily report

Clutch's report names what stops an assistant before the tour form.

The grader reads a community site the way a renter's assistant does: can it find the floor plan pages, quote the rent, and fill the tour form.

Read the multifamily report

The grader reads meadowbendapts.com, an illustrative community site: it grades C, hard for AI agents to use, overall 82; Find 92, Understand 81, Act 61, Performance 94. Three fixes land: every floor plan says call for pricing; the Contact Us form has no labels, so an assistant cannot tell which field is the phone; the reader could not fetch the sitemap.

02The leaderboard

Clutch ranks agencies and platforms by the median letter of their sites.

A row opens to every graded site behind it. Your agency may already be on it.

What the site does for a renter

The site shows rents, takes tour requests and changes with one ask.

Rent on every plan

The floor plan page shows the rent on every plan.

Elm at Riverside's Floor plans page: B1, two bedrooms, $1,985, available December 5, with Schedule a tour.

Assistants request tours

A renter's assistant requests the tour through the site's own form, listed as a WebMCP tool.

In ChatGPT, a renter asks: Request a tour of a 2 bed at Elm at Riverside under 2,100, Saturday at 11. Maya Chen. ChatGPT uses search_site and tour_schedule on elmatriverside.com over WebMCP, Elm's card says Tour requested, and ChatGPT says the leasing office will confirm.

Every community, one ask

One ask changes every community site in the portfolio.

In Clutch, one ask for Harbor Residential: add “Now leasing for spring” above the fold on every community. Each community is marked Proposed, and one button publishes 24 sites.
