An agentic site answers the customer who asks, lets the AI agent they send use its forms, and changes when you ask.
One Larkspur Commons site, three parties. A visitor asks for a two bedroom with a view, moving in November, and Floor plans opens with B2 Terrace lit. Then ChatGPT, sent to book a tour on Saturday, uses the site's search_site and floor_plans_schedule_tour tools and says it sent the request. Then the owner asks Clutch to add 'two pets welcome' under B2 Terrace; the line appears in the draft and Publish waits.
