The record

The assistant shops the way your customer does.

The record keeps every step: four searches, up to three sites, six pages, and a stop before any form is sent.

Search didn't list your site: it was not among the results of the agent's 2 searches. The agent then opened your site directly, so the gates after this one are still judged.

Steps that helped100%

2 of the 2 pages of your site the assistant opened fed its answer. The rest took time and added nothing.

How it found youOpened directly

Search didn't list your site: it was not among the results of the agent's 2 searches. The agent then opened your site directly, so the gates after this one are still judged.

Where it slowed down

  • 1Search didn't list your site: it was not among the results of the agent's 2 searches. The agent then opened your site directly, so the gates after this one are still judged. Step 1.
  • 2Your site gave the assistant no way to act. Step 9.

What to fix

  1. Rank your own pages in search so a shopper's assistant finds your site in its first search. See step 1
  2. Register a tool for assistants, such as a booking tool, so an assistant calls it directly. See step 9Fix on your report: Your site offers tools to AI assistants

What the shopper's assistant answered

Spectra, at 17620 NE 69th Court in Redmond, is the one apartment community I can recommend from this search. Its own website is https://spectraapts.com/.

What the site says

  • It describes itself as in Redmond, WA offers Studio, 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartments for rent.
  • Its floor plans page lists studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom plans, with sizes from 453 square feet for the smallest studio (S1) to 1,195 square feet for the smallest three-bedroom (C1). The site also notes that Furnished Apartments Available.
  • Some listed starting prices are Starting at $2,112 for studio S4, Starting at $2,423 for one-bedroom OA4, and Starting at $4,064 for three-bedroom C1. Many other plans show only "Contact Us" instead of a price.
  • The site adds that Prices and availability are subject to change. Several plans are marked with very few units left, so availability is tight.
  • Its pet page says the community has unique set of pet perks, but the details are not on the page I read.

Why I chose it: It is a Redmond community with a full range of unit sizes, and its floor plans page is the most useful place to check what is available and at what price.

Next step: Use the "Check Availability" link to the floor plans at https://spectraapts.com/floorplans/, or call (206) 385-3231. You can also book a tour through https://spectraapts.com/schedule-a-tour/.

What the site did not say: It did not list the full fee schedule. The community fee guide is an embedded Canva design, which I could not read. It also did not give the pet policy details, the lease terms, or which features are included in rent. Ask the office about those before you apply.

I have only one business to offer. My searches turned up no other Redmond apartment communities with their own websites that I could check.
