What the shopper's assistant answered

Greystar is a large apartment operator, and its website is a good place to start looking for a rental. Greystar: https://www.greystar.com/ - What the site says: The homepage says over 1 million apartments to rent. It has a "Search for homes" option, and you're seeing Total Monthly Leasing Prices, which include base rent and mandatory monthly costs. It also lists cities to browse, including Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Los Angeles, and New York City. Filters for studio, one- and two-bedroom, and pet-friendly apartments appear for several cities, such as Houston TX apartments and Austin TX apartments. - Why it fits: It's a good choice if you want a wide selection of apartments in many cities, and you can filter by bedroom count or pets without leaving the site. - Next step: Go to https://www.greystar.com/s/us to search for homes, or pick a city from the list on the homepage. Each listing has a detailed breakdown of its costs. - What the site did not say: The listings on the homepage were still loading when I read the page, so I did not see any specific apartments, rents, or availability dates. The site also doesn't show the fees or deposits beyond the monthly total, and I didn't read a specific building's page, so I can't tell you its terms. Its tour guide at https://www.greystar.com/renters-resources/general-guides/how-to-schedule-an-apartment-tour and its scam guide at https://www.greystar.com/renters-resources/general-guides/how-to-identify-and-avoid-rental-scams are worth reading before you pay anything. I could only check this one business's website. For more options, try a search with your city and the features you need, such as a budget, number of bedrooms, or a pet policy.
