Who builds custom homes in Treasure Valley, Idaho?

I found one Treasure Valley custom builder to recommend: Legacy Homes of Idaho, at https://www.legacyh.com/. I opened only its homepage, so the details below come from that page. What the site says - The homepage describes itself as Legacy Homes | Custom home builder in Treasure Valley. - It lays out a seven-step process. Design comes first, and the site says they partner with only the best architects in the Treasure Valley and even have an interior designer on staff available to all clients. - Before bidding, they will work with you to ensure your expectations of quality are included in the specification sheet, from the pouring of your foundation, to the R-Value of the insulation, to the details of the millwork. - During construction, they like to schedule on site visits with our clients on a weekly basis. They also hold monthly accounting meetings to authorize the construction draws and to discuss any desired changes and the accompanying costs. - The warranty is stated as 1 year warranty on all our work. - The team is two owners. Doug Atwood's bio says he has had the opportunity to be in the construction industry all my life. Nate Sampson runs the operations side of the business. He also says he will work to ensure you obtain the best financing available in today's market to build your home. - The site has a gallery of plans, including names such as Balboa, Newport, and Alexandria, and a list of 17 communities where they have built. Some communities are linked to outside subdivision pages. Why I picked it: It is a custom builder that names the Treasure Valley as its area, and it describes a design-to-warranty process, which fits someone asking about custom homes. How to take the next step: The homepage links to a contact page at https://www.legacyh.com/contact-us, and the site asks visitors to contact us to start building today. I did not open that page, so I can't tell you its phone number, address, or office hours. Their social accounts are linked from the footer, including Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/legacyhomesofidaho. What the site did not say: The homepage gives no prices, price ranges, or build timelines. It also doesn't show a license number or a physical office address. Its only client-facing number is the one-year warranty. Ask for those directly before you commit. I found only this one builder in my search, so I can't compare it with others. You may want to look at a few more Treasure Valley custom builders before deciding.
